Well here it is, the long awaited Registration form for Camp. 

 

I apologize if this is being sent to people who have already said they are not able to attend. 

I just want to remind you that you are welcome to come on Saturday only if you can’t make it for the entire weekend. 

 

Let me know if you need any assistance filling out this form. I know it’s a lot, but we would rather be prepared than not. 

 

The best way is probably to print it out, fill it out and then either-
