Please join Dr. Chris Cirino on Friday, May 8 at 10 AM PST, for Part 2 of his talk on Mindfulness. In this talk, he will speak of mindfulness versus mindlessness and offer tips to nurture your resilient self.

Last Friday, in Part One, he began with the idea of the brain as a facilitator to its internalized reality, projecting onto each person’s consciousness an already-shaped reality.

He worked toward the message that the understanding of this mechanism holds the key to unlocking behavior change and realizing your future self.

He speaks to the transformation that he has had in the last few years. It is one that is truly available to each and every one of us – your best future self!
