Christmas Party

– The group is made up of survivors,
caregivers, and friends.
– We come together in an atmosphere of
caring, understanding and sharing to help
each other create a meaningful life after
stroke or brain injury.
– Both survivors & caregivers face new
burdens & are challenged to figure ways to
live a new & different way of life. We can
help.
– Medical research shows that peer support
groups provide tools for effective coping,
alleviating mental stress and can create
outlets for survivors and caregivers.
